As is the conservative right. If you take this back to the start of this country, 1776, the same issues where being push-pulled from both asides, well over 200 years ago.
It’s not one side, it’s both; and now the left is splintering off into a number of extreme factions as is the right, which explains the Congressional gridlock we are witnessing.
With a Conservative majority in the house and Senate as well as in the Executive branch, it’s clear that this is not simply a case of the left being unreasonable or at fault, the left is practically powerless at this time with regard to legislation and it’s Pubs who can’t agree with each other. And at this point in time, it’s not merely about ideological differences, a great deal of corruption has taken root, and that corruption thrives on all the division.
This problem is beyond left/right. The divisions exist within both the parties, and people are suffering at the hands of both parties, which exist primarily to sustain themselves and little else.
All kinds of corrupt forces are using that to their advantage, so with stakes this high, standing for or against feminism (or Pubs or Dems, or left or right, or any other binary bs) appears to me to be nothing more than a destructive diversionary tactic and yeah that’s my opinion, but I am pretty comfortable with it.
