Day 10 of the Chopra Mediation Challenge
Aligning with Cosmic Law

The Following is a transcript from the 21- Day Challenge Deepak Chopra Wellness Center Abundance Mediation Series. It is being used for educational purposes only.
In today’s meditation, we will discuss the Law of Karma, or conscious decision-making, and see how, by making the right choices, we can bring much more good into our lives.
When you make a choice, ask yourself: how will this choice bring more happiness and more abundance to my life and those around me? Having asked this question, shift your attention to the heart, and the answer will immediately become clear.
By practicing conscious decision-making in this way, you will learn to observe your thoughts and make decisions that are more favorable to you.
Today’s Motto: “Today I make great choices because they are made with full awareness.”
Now let’s begin. Please find a comfortable position, placing your hands lightly in your lap and closing your eyes.
In this moment go within, to that place of inner quiet where we experience our connection to the higher self
Let go of all thoughts and begin to observe the inflow and outflow of your breath.
With each inhalation and exhalation, allow yourself to become more relaxed, more comfortable more at peace.
Gently introduce the Sanskrit mantra for the law of detachment, repeating it mentally, and allowing it to flow with effortless ease.
Om Kriyam Namah
My actions are aligned with cosmic law.
Whenever you find yourself distracted by thoughts, sensation in your body, or noises in the environment, simply return your attention to repeated the mantra:
Om Kriyam Namah
My actions are aligned with cosmic law.
Please continue with your meditation, and I’ll mind the time- and at the end you will hear me ring a soft bell to indicate that it is time to release the mantra.
What makes a choice good? I think a good choice is one where you give with a full, pure and loving heart. What makes a choice bad? Have you ever made a bad choice? One made out of fear and anger, with a hurting heart? How did that turn out? If you experience quick karma, then you experienced that the benefits of your good decisions and the penalties of your bad decision, pretty quickly.
We all can tell our good and bad stories. But how do we learn to write new ones?
