Sub-Saharan Africa, and Indo China, and Seven years in Tibet, are not in anyway relevant to a discussion on American slavery.

If we want to just talk about random worldwide historical slavery, why not the Romans? Why not Europe’s feudal system? Why not the modern sex slavery system that currently enslaves 25 million? Sure, we can discuss any and all of that, but none of that is relevant to US race relations, which is what I’m talking about now.
