Thanks for an explanation of the standards. It was driving me up the wall the clinging to the “beyond a reasonable doubt standard” or “innocent until proven guilty” standard. They have no use here. None. Republican Senators know better than to throw these standards into the mix and confuse people, but that’s what they do. Nonstop dumb people down until they have no idea what a law or a constitution even is.
