This is always fun, and a way to certainly raise your vibe immedietly. Think of all the things you are grateful for. Make a detailed list of the things you have. All of them. These can be material things, spiritual things, tangible and intangible things, think of it all.
Example: I have a smartphone to communicate with all my friends, and I have I have great friendships! I have a very comfortable bed to sleep in. I have food to eat. I have love. I have inner peace.
Think of everything that you can be grateful for and relish in your extraordinary abundance. Recognize, embrace, and be grateful for everything you have.
