The Mind Body Spirit Connection
In March of 2020, I ran the Deepak Chopra Abundance Challenge. Click here to access the master page to the challenge! I am Amli, Your Everyday Lightworker.
In this challenge, there was a particular focus on how to properly put our minds, bodies and spirits in motion. This post more deeply explores how to act with intention.
Meditation provides us with insight into how to use our minds, and our bodies, (which houses our spirits) in an appropriate manner. The body and the spirit are connected through the mind. Through meditation we use our minds to improve and expand that connection as well as our level of consciousness.
But after you’re done with meditating, you have to go out and be in the world. Many are deeply in 3D, (you want to get the hell out of there! )Some are close to 4D, (you want to ground intentionally in that.)
Learning to use your mind and your body, in the correct way, is a way to integrate the mind, body spirit connection (that is deeply cultivated in meditation, in every moment of your waking life.
For every day of this challenge, I will give you something interesting and unique to do. It would be wise to keep a journal tracking these activities. The journal will do several things, it will more deeply ingrain into your mind the work you are doing to cultivate abundance consciousness. After you are done with the challenge, it will also serve as a very powerful reminder of all the work you did, and you can refer back to it as a resource, should you need a refresher, when feeling not so abundant. These daily activities are designed in the spirit of an exploration of the cultivation of abundance consciousness. In order to do that, the focus is one three areas mind, body, spirit.
The way I structure this challenge, you are attempting to learn a lot of new information and practice several new skills (unless you are a light worker like me, then you already ahead of the curve and may even be instantly manifesting). Think of your journal as your own abundance guide and manual. You are creating a reference tool to remind yourself of the skills you need to master to create an abundant life.
This is why the 21-Day Chopra challenge has an activity, everyday, (that you should memorialize in writing, the writing serves as a deep commitment to detach from the 3D grid!)
If you really want to get the most out of these activities, you will write them all down in an abundance journal, paying particular attention to how these activities make you feel, in your heart and in your spirit.
I can’t stress how important it is to be aware of how all of this makes you feel. If you aren’t vibrating in the higher frequencies of love, when you approach this challenge, you will not get the full benefits and you will experience a bit of frustration. Even so, push through.
As Abraham Hicks says, how you feel is your internal guidance system. If you don’t feel quite right, you are getting an internal signal that 3D programming is alive and well within you. You just have to work a bit harder to override it. It is so much easier to feel your way out of 3D programming, than to think your way out of it. So, pay attention to how you feel!
The best way to override 3D is to be present. Do the activity being fully present with your heart, your breath, your mind, your spirit.
What is of critical importance are the thoughts we think with our mind. How often do we engage in thoughts of abundance? Or thoughts of lack? The thoughts in our mind absolutely create the manifested experiences of our life. Do you want abundance? You must think abundantly! Let’s be sure to pay very close attention to what we are thinking, and how these thoughts make us feel in our bodies…in our breath (spirit) and in our hearts (spirit) and in our minds. It should all feel good, very expansive, very luxurious, delightful even!
Be fully present and in the moment, using your imagination, and the frequencies of your heart to fill these imaginary visions with life. Deep breaths and deep breathing is how you access the present moment and your spirit. It is very important to remember the breath. The Breath connects the body to the Spirit.
The Breath (Spirit)
Every time you breath, you are saying to a very power, infinite, and abundant life-giving force: enter me, be with me, empower me with the creative force of life! Where would you be without the breath? You need the breath to live and you need the breath to love.
The Heart (Spirit)
With every daily task activity, you must show up in your heart. The purpose of the heart is to create from a love-based frequency. You will have to train yourself to get in touch with the higher frequencies of the heart. (I can provide more instructions if necessary.)
What do you feel about abundance? (In your heart and your breath, basically, your spirit?) Is your heart happy? Is light, when you think of all the blessings in your life? Or, is it heavy? Are you worried about debts? Bills? Employment? How does your heart feel when you think about abundance? Really pay attention to your heart, your breath? Can you breathe deeply reveling in thoughts about the abundance of your life? Or do you take shallow quick breaths? Does your heart palpitate with fear every time you receive a parking ticket? Are you burdened by the scarcity/lack paradigm? How does this burden affect your body?
But that’s it! That’s how this challenge goes! For three weeks, you meditate for a 10 to 15 minute at the beginning of your day, and you learn some spiritual lessons. If you are so inclined, after that, you will engage in a mind, body spirit activity, and you will write about in an abundance journal!
If you fully commit to this, you can change your life. You can bust up out of 3D! Let’s do this!
Love and Light!
