Yeah, that’s my point. A stat tells very little of the true story because there are almost endless variables that make one situation different from another, and unless you have a team of social scientists who can make all conditions equal, i.e. The same police, the same circumstances, the same weather, the same neighborhood, the same crime, then the stats are pretty meaningless. You have to have an in depth look into all that is actually occurring in order to around the stats for them to be meaningful at all.
